ANLP India was established by practitioners and trainers committed to the development and professional practice of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. It remains a community of members who continue to work in that tradition.
Who we are
ANLP India was established to support the development, professional education and practice of Neuro-Linguistic Programming in India. It began as an India chapter of ANLP UK under Dr. David J. Lincoln in 2007. In 2008, Sushil Mehrotra joined as co-founder, organising regular programmes across the country. During the same reorganisation, ANLP India became an independent professional community in India, separate from ANLP UK.
Today, practitioners and trainers continue to work as members of ANLP India. This website is the public home of that association: its people, its history, and its professional record.
People
Dr. David J. Lincoln, Sushil Mehrotra, Ralph Watson and Umesh Soman are trainer-members forming the core committee. In 2008, Sushil Mehrotra joined as co-founder. Umesh Soman became a member in 2009 as a promoter of the association’s programmes, and a trainer-member in 2010.

2007
ANLP India began as an India chapter of ANLP UK, under Dr. David J. Lincoln.
2008
In 2008, Sushil Mehrotra joined as co-founder and organised regular programmes nationwide. During the same reorganisation, ANLP India became an independent professional community in India, separate from ANLP UK.
2009
Umesh Soman became a member of ANLP India as a promoter of the association’s programmes.
2010
India’s first trainer training was held in Goa. Umesh Soman became a trainer-member. Ralph Watson co-delivered the first ANLP India Trainer Certification.
2015
ANLP India crossed 7,500 graduates, including Practitioners, Master Practitioners and Trainers.
Over the years
Programmes continued in cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Goa, Chandigarh, Hyderabad and Bangalore.
Professional development
ANLP India was associated with practitioner development, master practitioner training, trainer development and related applications of NLP in coaching, communication and professional education.
Members continue to hold ANLP India credentials. This website does not take applications for new certificates. NLP programmes are offered through www.NLP4India.in.
